TCP TX STATE PAGEANT FINAL SCHEDULE.
HOTEL: Pageant hotel is located near Sea World in San Antonio, Room rates begin at
$89 through $119. Hotel info can be found in your State Pageant Packet.

Friday, June 1, 2012
3pm: Reigning Queens and moms arrive to go over pageant details at pageant check
in desk.

4-9pm Mandatory Pageant Check in for ALL contestants: At this time you will receive
your contestant competition number, you may enter optional contests, purchase
program books, purchase extra door entry wristbands, turn in photos, portfolios, etc.
AGAIN ALL CONTESTANTS MUST CHECK IN BEFORE 9PM.

8:30-10pm: Optional Pageant Camp: Only time to see the stage, walk the stage, get
tips and hints from outgoing royalty, pageant directors, etc. before the pageant
begins. Please register by 5/1/2012 for $20 per person. Everyone must have a ticket
to attend. To attend camp you must have finished your mandatory pageant check in
first.

Saturday June 2, 2012

8-9:00am: Onstage Introduction Competition Mandatory for ages 4 and up.

9:30-10:30am: Casual Wear in red white and blue Competition Mandatory for ages 3
and under.

11:00-12:00 noon: Casual Wear in red white and blue Competition Mandatory for ages
4 and up.

12:01-1:00 BALLROOM CLOSES FOR JUDGES LUNCH

1:15-2:15: Runway Optional Competition for ages 4 and up.

2:45-3:15: Boys Formal Wear Competition

3:30-4:00: Swim wear competition for ages 4 and up.

4:30-5:15: Swim wear competition for ages 3 and under

5:45-6:45: Talent competition ages 1 and up.

BALLROOM CLOSES

7:45-8:45: Pageant pajama party IN BALLROOM. See packet for details. We
encourage everyone ages 6 and up to attend.

Sunday June 3, 2012

8:00-8:45am: Fresh Face competition.

9:30-10:30: Formal Wear Mandatory Competition. Ages 3 and under.

10:45am-11:30am: Formal Wear Mandatory Competition. Ages 4 and up.

11:30-12:50am: Ballroom will close to everyone as we prepare for awards

1:00: Ballroom will reopen

1:15-2:30: Awards Ceremony.

**for all competitions contestants must line up 10 minutes prior in front of the
ballroom.

**all title winners (hostess, division, people’s choice, and cover MUST stay after for
official photos)

**competition formal wear must be worn by all contestants for awards.
